Okay what happens if someone comes over and uses my computer and logs in under FC and I didn't know until later, and then I read the terms of service and find out you not supposed to do that. Will I be disqualified? Cause I didn't know!

I'm sorry that happened to you. One time, probably not, but you may want to send in a support ticket just to be on the safe side. That's what I would do.

If they were logging in multiple times, both of your accounts are at risk. This is one of many reasons I won't allow anyone on my computer any longer. You may want to require a password to get into your computer, and set the screensaver to be password protected as well, if you have a problem with other people using your computer without your permission or knowledge.
