Do you take the skin off a peach before eating it?

I first wash it and then peel the skin off.  If Icut up the peach, it is easier to eat.  If I try to eat a juicy peach like I would eat an apple, it seems like I have juice all over.  I just finished eating a plum and have one wet paper towel from all the juice.  I do eat the skin on the plums.

absolutely not! i just wash it off and eat every piece except the seed... lol  makes me want one right now.

I wash the peach and eat it all except for the pit. There is just something about the fuzzy skin that I love.

I wash it and eat it with the skin. It is not a candy bar, the wrapper is edible in this case.

no it is not wise to do so because it has the skin that is has great health benifits-just try not to eat the core of course!!!

I peel it, remove the seed (I only buy freestone) cut it up, shake on a little Splenda, put it in the fridge for an hour or so, then put it on vanilla ice cream and smother it in whipped cream.

Yes I do take the skin off a peach. It's Japanese way. I was really surprised when I saw my American family eating peaches with skin on for the first time.

I see I am in the minority on this one.  I never thought of the extra nutrients being in the skin.  I may have to change my habit of taking off the skin.

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't it depends on how ripe the peach is.   So,  if the peach is ripe I'll leave the skin on.

I wash them and I don't take the skin off of the peach unless I am cooking with it. I love to eat peaches.

The skin on the peach makes it that more yummy! Theres something about baby food peaches that smell awful. I never gave them to my son because of the funky smell.
