ResDermatrol Offer not credited after 4 days ??

My wife was interested in this product so we signed up for the 14 day trial. But still it has not been credited to my account yet after 4 days..........What gives ?? Its said Instant Credit once we signed up for trial with valid credit card which we did .

same thing happend to me. i placed two orders, when i called up them at customer care number,they said no customer id and order id exist in their database & they have nothing to do with Fussion cash. it is three weeks now ,i did not get any comfirmation email from their side. while placing orders i entered my credit card information & i am very much worried about that. No metter if i did not get any credit of this offer but atleast i must whats happening with my credit card. I requested my bank for my recent bank statement. lets see . if money would be deducted from my account then i will take an appropriate action against them. 

I will not leave them like this.   

Please do giving me updates if u get ur product.
