I'm 5'1 and weigh ll6.  I really don't want to lose weight but if I drop a couple pounds thats okay!

I'm 5 ft.7 and weigh 142 pounds and would like to lose about 12 pounds. I have a stack of jeans I can't get into. I've been cutting back on my evening eating and getting up during the night and munching on junk.
