any suggestion for sinus that wont go away?

If its a headache you may want to take some medicine for it. Stopped up nose? You should try some hot steaming water with some vinegar in it. Put it in a big bowl and lean over it. Place a towel over top of your head so the steam won't escape. Have tissue handy and just keep breathing through your nose deeply as much as you can. There will be lots of snot.

See a doctor to find out whether it's an allergy or an infection. If the former, it's a chronic condition that must be treated before it turns into asthma. If the latter, you'll need antibiotics.

I use to get them all the time found out it was something I was eating.  Cut it out of my diet less issues.
