Anyone having this problem with their daily emails?

Ok so we all know that emails weren't going out for a few days. Everything was working fine, but now ever since things were "fixed," whenever I click on the ad for the 2 cent credit, it pops up the white window where you enter in the code or whatever, but the white window does not load at all.

Anyone else having this problem?

Sorry that you are having a problem.  Mine is working fine.  I have to wait a little while for the page to completely load.  Give it a couple of minutes and see if that will help.   Or try another browser.  I recommend firefox or google chrome.

I'm using Firefox, even tried IE and still didn't work.

No problems.  Everything works okay with the DCE that I received.

Are you giving it a couple of minutes to load?  if you are and still no success, open a support ticket.

I am having that problem too since more than a week, it is not good. What it is going on? I tried another browser but same problem!!!!

I am having the same problem it has been a week now. Nothing is working. I use firefox, I have tried IE, I even tried chrome nothing.

I'm having the same problem too now for a few days. Just a white box there once you click on the ad, therefore I can't complete it and get my 2 cents! I wonder why only some people are getting this problem?

i have a problem with the emails  i click the ad and the box doesnt pop up to put in the code
also on the paid to click has some issue also  a white box pops up but never shows the code and i have tried in different browsers too.

have not been able to get daily email to credit sense 9/25 same with PTC and the videos.

I sometimes have to close the window and reopen to get the credit to go through.

No problems with the DCE that I received.  Sometimes you have to click on the email or ad again, then it'll work.
