Grilled!! Much better for you than fried.  I also like to beat it thin and fill it with stuffing and pour gravy out it then bake in the oven until chicken is done.

Like chicken anyway it's prepared. My favorite is fried in my own special recipe using rice flour which makes it extra crispy. With this cold weather coming on, I feel like making a big batch of chicken and dumplings. Maybe a big pot of homemade chicken soup also and freeze in individual servings for those cold Winter nights when tired and don't feel like cooking. A nice crusty french loaf of bread, and dinner is served. I found it easier cooking for just one since I got my freezer and now can freeze individual dinners. Saves time and money.

I like chicken made all kinds of ways baked, BQQ, and a special way my sister in law makes it when she bakes it.  My all time favoit is Fried like KFC with it being crunchy.

I love chicken but i guess I'd have to say that my favorite is baked.  Since your question seemed geared toward fried, I like regular.
