I usually go to sleep watching television, but I have the sleep timer on.
I was lying in bed the other night, looking up at the stars, and thinking, "Where in the heck is my roof?"

I usually sleep with the T.V on, but I set the timer so that it turns off by itself.

I don't have a TV in the bedroom, so...what do you think?   ;D

I try my best to NOT fall asleep with the tv on even though I tend to sleep better with it on.  Does anyone know a reason why that seems to occur with some people?  Is it just the soothing white noise that helps?

When I get home from work I lay down on the couch after I get things done to watch TV and I fall asleep.  But when I am down for the night I turn the TV off.  I like it quiet when I am in bed.  May God bless each of you and keep you safe.  Thank our Service Men today.  We owe them so much.

The TV goes off as soon as I'm about to fall to sleep.
Have a wonderful day!

I prefer to sleep with the tv off, but I'm sometimes so tired I end up falling asleep with it on.

I always fall asleep with the TV on.  I do better with the white noise in the background and plus it also gives me a sense of security. My thinking is this, if I have the TV on then I am psyching myself on thinking that people on the outside looking in would think that maybe someone is up and home, or my other reason behind this is I don't feel so alone when my spouse is away.

Mostly with it off, but I do have to have a fan on for the noise, crazy but if I don't have that little hum of the fan I can't fall asleep. :dontknow:
