do you sleep with the tv on or off

I personally can't sleep with the tv on because I will just watch it instead of going to sleep. It has to be quiet + dark for me to be able to sleep unless i'm REALLY tired, or sick.

I like to fall asleep with the tv or fan on. it's a constant noise that's low and drowns out the cars in the street. Unless I'm in a room that has no windows and is totally dark then that's what I like to do.

I cannot go to sleep unless the TV is on.  I cannot sleep in total silent, I need some kind of noise to go to sleep by, crazy!

This is an easy one for me, I always sleep with the TV on, because I need it to fall asleep.

I have never had a TV in my bedroom. So I sleep with it off. I rarely fall asleep on the couch watching TV unless I am extremely tired. I am usually in bed before that point. I can't sleep with a radio on either.

i have to fall a lseep with it being totally dark in the room my man falls a sleep with the tv on so i have to wait for him to fall asleep then i canl

Oh, wait. I don't think you're ever tired at night, that's why you can't fall asleep with the TV on. After about 19 hours of mental and physical work, it doesn't matter if three women are having a baby, or someone discover a clan of dinosaurs, I will sleep! Oh, yeah!

I have never been able to sleep (intentionally) with the tv on. Sometimes if I am really tired I will fall asleep on the couch or something, but it never helps me fall asleep. I like dark and quiet.
