do you sleep with the tv on or off

I would turn it off.  But if I forget then I would set on sleeping mode.  But I never leave my tv on.  I think it's waste of electricity.

i have to fall a lseep with it being totally dark in the room my man falls a sleep with the tv on so i have to wait for him to fall asleep then i canl

After reading these posts I wonder if sleeping with the TV on is more of a guy thing?  I can't sleep with the TV on but my son
can sleep with it on all night.  It doesn't seem to wake him up.  I do need to have the sound of the fan going to sleep. If it is too
quiet I can't sleep so maybe the TV is the same thing for others.

Strange, I can fall asleep with music playing from cd or with radio on.  But, never with the television on.

not a tv a fan,  When i was a kid i love the sound of the refridgerator so i would sneak down at night and sleep by it

I have to have the Tv on noise in a house helps me sleep if it is too quiet I cannot sleep..
