.a clean conscience, because guilt is a terrible thing. Having a clean conscience means you did not do things that screwed up your life. You can feel good about a clean conscience.

Hmm? A multiple choice question. Is this post for a college exam/assignment for a Philosophy course? I’m surprised why the question is asked without providing own opinion first if there are no right or wrong answer? 

I think most of the above except for money is found through our inner self which holds the true treasure of all things we seek in life like love.

True happiness comes from within, NOT from the outside e.g. through other people (your friends, family, significant other, marital spouse etc) and materialistic things. Many people commonly seek happiness from marital and love relationships, but those things can be limited which can be led to the saying of “I don’t believe in marriage because I don’t believe in divorce” later on.

True happiness comes from your relationship with God.  Happiness can never be from money, fame, or an outside source ... it can't even come from another person.  It is within yourself.  If you have a good relationship with Jesus Christ you have what ever you need to be happy.... That is up to you -  your attitude and outlook.

I think we all determine our own happiness.  There is no one else in the world who knows exactly what you want or makes you happy except yourself.

A lot of things can help make you happy but only you can really make yourself happy and determine your happiness. I'm realizing that now, I have to depend on myself to do what I need to in order to be happy and content

I agree with the previous answers, BUT, in my old age I've realized that when money goes out the door, so does peace of mind. The constant worry and stress about how to pay the rent, food, etc can have a major negative effect on general happiness

You determine happiness for yourself.  If you rely on anything else for happiness you will not attain it.  Only you can bring happiness to your life.

Happiness is not being in any debt, living simple and being with loved ones. And, doing something you love for a living.

I think every person is different and every day is different. Love can. Money can, to an extent. Good health can. Family can and can drive you crazy too..so i think everyone needs to figure that out for themselves
