Is anyone credit for shop small business video?
I have watched it several times - no credit. In fact it is the only video I don't get credit for.

I have watched it several times - no credit. In fact it is the only video I don't get credit for.

This one actually has credited for me 10 times on different days. Lately, though, I've had problems with some of the videos not crediting after being viewed and have tried logging in from different browsers with some success.

Google Chrome seems to work best for me lately. Firefox and IE have been hit and miss. Even with Chrome, I've had to do a restart and log in again to get some of the videos to credit. They finally have but it's been a bit of a hassle of late.

So try logging in from different browsers and see if that helps!

Go to the Daily.  The video tab is usually along the bottom row.

I have been credited for this video many times. But there have been some times when I did not get credit for this video.  I switched browsers and that worked. I got credit. Sometimes I have been credited when using google chrome. Sometimes with firefox. I have to go back and forth. Try another browser. I bet that might help.

Clearing your cookies also works fairly often to resolve the issue as well.

Try switching browsers. I have noticed some vid's credit with FF and some credit with IE. Hope this helps!
