People at Walmart
« on: December 09, 2011, 01:16:48 am »
On the news yesterday, they did a story about "People at Walmart" I swear, that's some funny stuff!!! Why is it that the store attracts some STRANGE people? I personally LOVE Walmart, and I can PROUDLY say, that I have never been one of those people caught on camera for doing something out of the ordinary!!! 8)

If I want a good laugh I just go to peopleatwalmart.com     Its so hard to believe that people will go out in public dressed the way that they do!    What are they thinking????  or is that just it....They aren't thinking!!!!!

My mom and I go onto people of Walmart every Saturday. By the end of the week we need a good laugh. The worst I saw while I was at Walmart was a pregnant woman with a REALLY tiny top that didn't cover her stomach at all. But I've never seen anyone as bad as the people on that website.

That is the highlight of my week when I get a "Wal-mart People" e-mail.  I can't believe the way some people will go out of their house!
Have a wonderful day!

I have watched a lot of those videos and some are down right hilarious. I know I wouldn't be caught doing some of that stuff. But I guess each to their own :) It is good comedy for us.

Fortunately, in my area in our Wal-Marts, I haven't seen anyone dress out of the ordinary like what is displayed on the People of Wal-Mart website. The worst I've seen in my town was a lady that had white high top sneakers and had these bright ugly neon green shoelaces!  :P

I really don't know why the store attracts strange people......maybe because Wal-Mart claims they have Low Prices and their motto Save Money, Live Better? Well, obviously those people are not living better or are they? They assume they can just wear whatever they want and stay low.  ::)
At least Target's motto is Expect More, Pay Less. I think once and awhile they have Hello, Goodbye too......I have heard that one too. Target knows what to expect! lol This is probably why I go to Target way more than Wal-Mart.  ;)

I think Wal-Mart should have a policy on their doors that state MUST WEAR SHOES AND BE FULLY CLOTHED! No shoes, no shirt, NO SERVICE!!

I too love the "People of Walmart" pictures.  In general, I do find that sort of thing to be true, not exactly sure why however.  Anyone else have a theory?

I receive emails with pictures of people shopping at Walmart-unbelievable, I have never seen people like that at my Walmart. I think some of them are doing it on purpose I cannot believe anyone leaves the house looking like that. Maybe I live in a better neighborhood!

I shop walmart quite a bit, and I personally think that some people don't have mirrors in their house, or don't bother to look at themselves in it.  If they did, I'm sure some of them would change their clothes!

I love Wal-Mart, but yeah, it definitly attracts a strange crowd. There's been times where I've been shopping, and I'll encounter some weirdo and I'm like....WTH?? But I guess you can't blame it on the store itself. It's still a great place to shop!
