'Offers' are from advertisers and it's not likely that any of them are here to pass out money for nothing.  You should have an email specifically for offers so you aren't bothered with stuff in your regular email and get a K7.net phone number for messages rather than using your home or cell phone if you decide to do offers.  Many of us do not do offers and still make money with Fusion.  You can do videos (if available will be on Daily tab), Contests (see Forum Topic), games (See Flash Games under Paid To Click), Tasks (Daily Tab) and the $3 forum bonus (click where it says 'paid to post' at the top of forum pages).  Welcome and Enjoy

Look on the offers page that says no credit card required. Each offer has instructions underneath in small type, like just register and those offers are easy they usually only want a name and a email address. Just read the instructions that explain exactly what the offer requires and decide if you want do the offer.

Generally most of them you do have to sign up for from what I see...but if you check the Daily and Free/No CC offers all you really need is to register then confirm the email they send.
Check the requirements of course before you register. Some of the offers are actually pretty good.
Fusion Cash evens offers one where all you have to do is watch a few videos, also try the paid to click and daily cash emails
