Blueberry juice.

Have you ever tried it?  Ocean Spray has a diet blueberry juuice.  It has a pretty good taste.  It only has five calories per serving.  But, it also only has 5% real blueberry juice.  Don't know if I can count that as one of my fruits/vegetables for the day.

There's an organic brand that has 100% blueberry juice.. Its sooo strong tho you have to mis it with something else.

I’d rather eat the actual fruit itself than to drink anything commercially made into juice.

I might have to try this. I have been looking for alternatives to soda, but I love soda so much!! lol
