If you only had $100 for two week how would you spend it?

I feel for you, we run into that. My husband only gets paid once per month at his job. We budget for the month, but there's always some little emergency.

I  set aside $25 for "just in case". Stick it away from my purse, just hold it out like it's already spent. Then we've gone to WalMart and gotten one of those huge pork shoulders that they sell for about $15. We spend one full day slow cooking that in the oven on low heat, about 250 degrees. When it's done the meat literally falls off and it's perfect. We've gotten between 10 to 12 meals out of that one shoulder. By the time it's done we're sick to death of pork, LOL, but it usually gives us about 6 pulled pork sandwiches, and a few cheapo meals from The Neelys which are carbo city but fill us up, like BBQ mac & cheese, BBQ spaghetti, BBQ pizza, etc.

The Neely's have all their recipes up on the Food Network's page, and you can make their meals really stretch.  You can also get a whole chicken and "Pat's Beer Can Chicken" recipe will last a long time too. (We actually make it in the oven without the beer can, it still tastes great.)

This depends on what you need the most. If you've already bought your food then I'd only use a little to supplement like dairy products or the like. Gas is a big one right now so I'd hold back some for that and make every trip out count.

i would definitely make sure i had enough gas in
my car to get me to work &back. i would probably
only physically carry about $20 on me at all times,
that way i wouldn't buy anything unnecessary.

definitely make a big batch of something that you
can eat off for a few days (like someone else
suggested)...like spaghetti, casseroles, etc.

challenge yourself to see how long you can go
without spending a dime. i think my record was like,
five straight days. i was really proud! it can be done.

it depends. what are your priorities ? do you have enough to eat ? if no u should just buy like the essentials like bread milk sugar coffee..try eating at home most of the time it saves you a lot of money. then you can try to put some gas in your car to get you to work or for your occupation.

well eat things you already have or use credit cards i've done that myself.don't buy any extras like cake or candy a store that i go to takes checks and doesnt cash them for a few days i did that this week before we got paid maybe borrow from family but ask for a small amount like 20.00 start saving change when it happens again you might have a bunch saved up
