Video Not Loading

There's a video titled 7 For All Mankind:  Episode 1:  Lily Donaldson.  I've tried 3 different browser and can not get this video to load.  Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.  I'd like to be able to view it.

I viewed it fine early today, but sometimes i get that problem i normal switch browsers and use another ( google is the better one for me) and i normal get it to pop up, sometimes i just try back in 10-15 mins and its fine

I am having the same problem, with the, same video. I hope that I will be able to view it soon. Tried switching browsers,as was suggested,but it did not help.

I am able to view it in Firefox and Safari, but I was only credited once when I watched it numerous times.

I watched the same video yesterday with no problems. However, it showed up today and I ALSO had no luck with it loading! I tried to load it a again later in the day and then it said there weren't any videos available.... So, not sure what was going on there! Hopefully you were able to get to it before they took it off- if they really did take it off

Changing browers does help on some of the videos.  I have to switch back and forth from IE to Firefox.   That should help you.

Firefox always crashes on me anymore for some odd reason and IE is too slow for me so I only use it if some offers require it and videos don't work well on IE for me anyways.  I mostly use Google Chrome because it's fast and it loads ALL videos.  Make sure the settings in your tools menu of Google Chrome enables you to delete cookies as well and you should be good to go

I've had the same problem....watched it several times but only credited once. Today, I watched it like 3 times & no credit, so I decided to log out, clear my cache & cookies and try again. VOILA, got credit!! I'm thinking that this is one that you have to clear your cache & cookies between each one for this particular video if it lets you watch it multiple times. I've had that happen before.
