Is there a way to tell how many post I have?

I was wondering if there is a way to tell how many post I have?  I want to be able to manage my monthly posting, I don't plan on stopping after commeting 30 times, but am just curious.

if you click on your profile, go down to where it says "Show the last posts of this person", it will show the posts you have made. hope this helps.
