My absolute favorite desert is a peach cobbler made with cake mix.  I got the recipe from a friend 10 years ago, whose cousin is a chef in a restaurant.  It is super simple and everytime I make it, everybody just loves it . You take a large can of sliced peaches with a little of the juice.  Mix in sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (or just use peach pie seasoning) and about 1 tsp cornstarch to te juice. Place this mixture in a deep baking dish.  For the crust you mix a box of cake mix (I use yellow or lemon) with a stick of butter (real is best) Mix until crumbly. Pour crumbled mixture over peach mixture and bake at 350 until golden brown on top.  It is deliciouus.

i love all dessets but icecream is probably my favorite esp a peanut butter boat with hot fudge on it .so delicious my mouth waters just thinking about it.!
