Paypal has been stable for years and since it's owned by eBay, probably will be for a long time to come.  There are fewer and more reasonable fees with Paypal than with Alertpay.  Alertpay was out of Canada but is changing this month to a company out of Great Britain, I believe.  I don't remember the name but it's supposed to be seamless.  Don't know if there will be any change in fee structure.  The last few months have been quite difficult with Alertpay and those problems included only being able to spend your money online so I doubt most people here would have been too happy if Alertpay had been the preferred payment processor  :sad1:  On the other hand, I've been with Paypal since they opened and never had a problem.  There is no fee on my FC income and I have instant access to my funds with the Paypal debit card   :) also with no fee

Paypal all day. It's the most widely accepted form of online payment.

I have never heard of alert pay either. I am a paypal member and you only pay a fee when you sell something, not when you buy or when you receive money. I have received money from various other means along with FC and I never got charged for transfer of money into the account.
