My Friend just emailed me and said that she got a response of that she read the TOS and etc and now her account is disqualified!!  I am feeling HORRIBLE about this..and think she is being treated unfairly! Well how in the Hell is it her fault she sent a referral, and myself, and one other person accessed it from work not knowing the terms of service at the time? If anything for all I care suspend my account or the other persons account as WE technically violated the terms of service not my colleage. I feel horrible that she had close to $30.00 in cash out (she told me) and she has a newborn at home which was why she started doing this in the first place. All she did was refer me, and because I checked my email from work as opposed to home (she sent it to my personal website btw, not work) and I signed up and didn't check with her or read TOS fully she is getting punished for it! That is absurd!! Why punish someone innocently and and unjust? I told her she should report this to Better Business or Attorney General for unfair practice, she did her job and now won't get paid for it b/c of an oversight misunderstanding. How in human can you be? The difference is I am human, and understand human error and this is just completely disrepsectful, and unjust.  Go ahead suspend my account for this post if you want It doesn't matter, b/c I won't be using or referring people to a site that is so wrong, and unjust!

Just did some research regarding complaints seems many people have been suspended unknowingly claiming TOS violations, and that is their practice to save $$

"I'd stay away from this operation. They have a history of denying payments to their users for no apparent reason, often citing that it's the user's fault they are not being paid. Yet they can't provide proof of the alleged violation(s). Finally, when pressed further they will tell you you're not paid because the advertisers haven't paid them. They violate their own policies and make up rules as they go along to withhold payments.

They are uncooperative, lying sob's, and unethical. They have their employees post bogus comments on the forums to make it appear as if the satisfaction rates among users are high, when in reality, it is a nightmare, especially when you are trying to get paid."

Direct quote from a top rated complaint site...

From the TOS:

Quote
Any user falsifying Referrals may be subject to any or all of the following: account termination, loss of earnings, and legal action.

Yes, it was accidental but the rule still stands. If you accidentally went 10 miles over the speed limit, would the mere fact that it was an accident save you from getting a ticket? No.

And let's face it, $30 isn't all that much money. Your friend can make it up in a few hours at her job in less time than it took to make it on FusionCash, even if she's working minimum wage. You're not going to convince anyone here that FC is a scam because most of the regular posters have been paid several times already.

I'm not sure you read my entire post. You both signed up under the same IP address, which makes it look like your friend is falsifying referrals. It was accidental, but it is against the TOS.

We're sorry, but to protect our advertiser relationships we have to be strict about the one-household, one-IP rules.  We certainly are human, although it may have been an automatic trigger that locked their accounts.  Regardless, all the affected accounts are still able to create support tickets, so you can appeal there if you feel you have a case.

She did appeal and someone did respond and got  a rude snarky response saying she knew the TOS and knowing violated...well no she didn't..she didn't sign the account up.. I did..and she didn't know it and neither did I realize she'd be banned b/c I checked my home personal email from work, and signed up from work, why should she be penalized for that...., what they aren't getting is she did not directly violate any TOS, and they aren't hearing her side out at all.

Right but it would be one thing if she signed up , she didn't ...Why can't someone look at that as that and say ok here is your warning dont let it happen again and reinstate her instead it's right to the chopping block..not fair!
