No Confirmation Email

I signed up for the eBay eauction offer and I never recieved a confirmation email. Would I still be able to get credit for it or is there a way I can get a confirmation email sent to me?

I can't find the webpage I signed up on because it's not on this site anymore.

I signed up for Rewardport an they NEVER sent me a confirmation email..had me thinkin i had entered my email wrong or somethin..i entered it right, just got no confirmation, an because of that...got no credit for it.
