School work and kids keep me up all day and all night.  Thats what makes it hard for me to work outside the home between my fiancee and I we have six children, thank goodness he makes enough money to support us so I do not have to work outside the home, for now.

A racing mind. Sometimes when I have too much on my mind I can't turn it off at night so I end up getting a couple of hours sleep.

My brain won't shut off when it needs to.  Hard to relax at times.

Doing Zumba classes help tire us out more.  So those days, I can go to sleep pretty easily.

I've worked nights for about 10 years now, so sleep's become something of a hobby for me. I sleep a little in the daytime, but I hear good things about sleep.

I no this is a late post, but good for you. I hope that your project turned out well. I stay up late because my mother suffers with alzheimers and there are nights she's like a child. Doesn't want to go to bed. Then there are times she's up during the day wondering so either way I'veg otta keep an eye on her. She doesn't sleep then neither do I.

  Online earning activities to help supplement my income.  Once I get started can't seem to stop.  I don't get referrals so my earning is slow going pretty much so I try to stay on it.  I have always liked being up at night and sleeping during the day though either way.

I try not to let myself get stressed out, so ideally nothing, but sometimes this just isn't the case. Money worries are always the thing that leaves me lying in bed at night with a racing mind I'm unable to shut off. Not fun!
