What is your favorite kind of cookie? (share a recipe too)

Snickerdoodles are my all time favorite!   

here is the recipe :


                                     
           Snickerdoodles


Ingredients:
   • 1 Cup Butter 
   • 1 1/2 C Sugar
   • 2 eggs
   • 2 3/4 C Flour
   • 2 tsp cream of tartar
   • 1 tsp  soda
   • 1/4 t salt


Preheat oven 400.
Cream together cold butter &  sugar add egg and mix well. Blend all dry ingredients together & stir well.  Roll into *bleep* the size of small walnuts,
Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. (Chill dough before baking)
Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.  Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

I love to bake all kinds of cookies but coconut macaroons are my favorite

Since I've gotten older, Nekot (swet peanut butter) cookies have become my favorite. I usually eat a pack at night before retiring to bed.
