Always on a diet.  I drink a tablespoon of  Organic apple cider vinegar a day.
gives me a lot of energy and I lose weight .

I am trying to lose weight by growing 18 inches.
I was lying in bed the other night, looking up at the stars, and thinking, "Where in the heck is my roof?"

Increased activity and watch those calories. People always think that overweight people overeat. Sometimes they do and sometimes they like high calorie foods and just need to change what they eat. Lose weight if that's what you want but enjoy the journey don't be miserable doing it. :cat:

I havent ever heard of P90X... but going to look into it.  I would love to loose about 15 pounds and firm up.  I am getting older (54) and although I really don't look my age I am feeling it.  I need to get into better shape but the older you get the harder it is !

Losing weight is not an easy thing. But one way to help it along is to stay away from any kind of sugar and carbs.

I too am trying to lose weight, I have heard of the p90x a friend of mine has been doing the program for quite some times now and she has said it has worked for her. Again everything we do is about commitment, so as long as you are willing to give it your all why shouldn't it work. Good luck if you do decide to try it.

Yes what LThorn said. Eating the right foods and drinking water is very important. Along, of course, with exercise...weight training and cardio. The goal should be to look healthy for your height and frame. Some people aren't designed to be super thin. Your goal, also, should be to be strong and energetic.

It's really easy to put it on, just a nice slice of cake or pizza and the pounds come.
To take it off is a whole different ball game.
