Big fan of spaghetti here.  With a good tomato sauce with lots of onion, black olives, mushrooms.  Frozen meatballs make it easy to "meat it up."  And--yes, a bit of sugar to cut the acid from the tomatoes.

Spaghetti is a favorite, but there are so many pastas it is hard to choose.  Love the small ones for salads.
