Weekly Sauce Sponsored Offers
« on: July 16, 2012, 07:56:06 am »
I have never been able to complete/receive credit for a Weekly Sauce sponsored offer. Anyone else have the same problem?

Right now there's a Free Offer sponsored by Weekly Sauce titled "The Street".... (Action Alert Plus). You are instructed to "click the banner & register", and the link takes you to a Weekly Sauce sponsored page, where you can't CLICK ANYTHING, it leads no where to "register".

This is the third or fourth Weekly Sauce sponsored offer that FC has promoted and every time, the same thing happens. No clickable links on the page. Frustrating!!

Same problem here. I find myself wondering where to click. Maybe it is an IE8 related problem. Don't know.

I usually don't have a problem with these in Firefox. I am not going to do the one labeled "the street" though because it requires your credit card info and then you're signed up for a free 14 day trial. The first time I clicked on that one it took me to the correct site. Now when I click on that link it takes me to advertising.....Top Coupons Today.   :dontknow:

Well I take what I said about "The Street" back. I got credited by just putting in my email address....didn't have to sign up for the free trial.

I used to have problems with weekly sauce offers too (any/all of them)......and then all of a sudden I started getting credit for them. I don't REMEMBER changing anything or doing anything different, so I'm not sure what the deal was.

Possibly try making sure to empty browser (cache, history, cookies) RIGHT before you try one, and then try using an alternate email address to sign up.

Weekly sauce offers usually always credit. If you can find one always try to do it because they're very good about crediting!

Well apparently NOT for everyone.....if you read the other posts in this thread, there's people commenting on not getting credit for them.

I did read your post, and it still doesn't make any difference to my comment, because they DON'T usually always credit for everyone.

are you tryin to pick a fight with me?? :bootyshake: not gonna happen youre plain wrong... go read all the post that you accused me of not reading and youll see there is one I repeat ONE 1 one uno person on this thread that even mentioned not getting credit for it... so youre saying my statement that they are really good at crediting is wrong bc of a sample size of ONE person said it didnt credit?? Unreal... perhaps you need to reread the comments

First - I do need to say I did mistakenly forget (some of them, not all) that posts here were about not getting the offer to work so they could try to register, rather than not getting credit for them.
HOWEVER, I did not ever say NUMEROUS or MANY people said they weren't getting credit, anyway....what I said was (quote)...."there's people commenting on not getting credit for them".
And the OP's post DOES say "I have never been able to complete/receive credit....."

Next - your "other" comments:
1) "are you tryin to pick a fight with me??"
No, but you certainly do act like you would like to HAVE a fight.

2) "....go read all the post that you accused me of not reading"
Uhhhh....exactly WHERE do you find me accusing you of not reading ANYTHING??  All I said was (quote) "if you read the other posts in this thread", and I was certainly NOT accusing you of not reading the other posts. Sometimes people (MYSELF INCLUDED) will skim through the threads, and maybe don't read absolutely everything posted by people, and I'm very sorry you felt this was meant as an accusation directed at you.

Regardless of any of this, saying ANY offers are "usually always good at crediting" isn't right. Many different offers don't necessarily work well for everyone, and sometimes there's quite a few people that have issues with a particular offer.
WE can't/don't know if it will work for someone else just because it worked for us.

I will drop this subject now....I apologize if you thought I was making accusatory remarks towards you, and I admit I was looking at (some of) the "can't get the offers to work" posts as being "no credit received".

Whoa. I certainly didn't intend for my innocent offer question regarding Weekly Sauce to turn into a battle....unfortunate!

Bottom line is, I still can't get Weekly Sauce to work for me and I'd REALLY APPRECIATE someone who has had a Weekly Sauce offer credit for them - walk me through it. When you click on the offer initially, what opens, and then how do you proceed to register your email address for credit? Copy and pasting the text from your account showing that you received credit for it isn't really super helpful.

Anyone?
