FC Surveys Upgrade

Hi All,

I've finally added a long-requested feature to the FC Surveys page.  You can now click "[ x ]" to the right of a survey in order to hide it from your page.  This is useful for the occasions when you are DQ'd from a survey but it doesn't leave your list.  Now, you're in control.  Of course, you can un-hide them later on as well.

That is so cool. I noticed that feature today. That will be very helpful because I'm one of those people who don't like to see surveys that I DQ'd from.

Thanks, Kolher. That's a great add-on... There were a number of surveys there left on for days and wouldn't disappear.
