BECAUSE WATER IS NOT ENOUGH TO KILL THE ACIDIC IN THE FOOD BUT I HAVE HERE THAT MILK WILL DO THE JOB

Yeah the water doesn't kill the acid in the food. Milk helps more than water for me.

try a piece of bread to sooth your burning mouth, it will usually do the trick.
