anyone ever win a Sweepstake?
« on: April 03, 2009, 12:49:17 am »
I've done so many surveys that claim if you don't qualify you're entered into a Sweepstakes. I've never won anything :BangHead:    What about you? :sad1:

I think the sweepstakes are just incentives to pull you into their web.  I keep hoping I'll win. :P  I haven't won yet and doubt I ever will.  Have you noticed that all offers are spouting a sweepstake?  Instead of an oral spiel, all offers are cyber.  Isn't it a wonderful world?

I've probably done 1000 surveys and never won. I have never heard of anyone winning that.

I've entered hundreds of sweepstakes/contests in my life and never won anything.

No real spiels.  ;)You're right;  it's all virtual, think of all that money floating around out there, it will start trickling down our way soon.   We're ahead of this virtual web that's being spun;  just by doing surveys, offers, and maneuvering the net, sooner or later you'll come across opportunities that will be hard to refuse.

 The only thing I ever won was a radio contest. I was the first to call in, and answer who was singing what song... I won a beautiful $1,200 acustic gitar, which I sold, and bought a used car with !!!! hahahah also, they gave me a s...tload of records...this was in 1973.

TO BE HONEST... i think those are scams also... they tell you that there is a sweepstakes and you enter and sign up for this and that but all they are doing is getting you to click on their ad's on their website so they can make money off of you... like everyone else.... i've entered many times and never won anything but i started reading how that stuff works on the net about marketing and whatnot and thats how the companies get their money.... by you clickiong on those things and you will never hear anything from them again

No and that's why I stopped doing those kind of surveys.  Now I only do the kind of surveys that pay you cash.

Ya i have been on survey spot for like 3 years and never won anything from the sweepstakes or their instant win game. LOL. Makes you wonder but really only one person has to win for them to say they had a winner at all.

I agree too. I only signed up for SurveySpot about a month ago.. but it seems like they never really pay for any surveys taken. I have only made one dollar on there so far. They say the minimum to cash out is $5, but how long is that going to take to achieve?..... 6 months? I am thinking about dropping them. I really am only interested in sites that are similiar to this one where you can take daily surveys and offers and see that your money is really building up. The sweepstakes sites I think are more of a waste of time. It takes a long time to get through most of the surveys.. I am not wasting time on an entry into a sweepstakes anymore. JMO.
