Yes I have an occasional drink a few times a week and besides it is a proven fact that people who drink occasionally live a more healthy and active lifestyle than those who do not drink and also any Doctor will tell you that its good to have one beer or glass of wine everyday.

I used to drink a lot, but not so much anymore. I still tie one on occasionally, but most of the time it's just a couple of beers at social gatherings or none at all.

  i drank heavily for alot of years. i was in the bar business. now i have a beer or two every couple months. have not had any hard liquor in over 2 years.

I use to drink some. but just seems like the older i got the less i wanted any. Haven't had a drink in over 5 years.somehow it just does not appeal to me anymore. Just drink in moderation everyone and don't drive while drinking please.

I like to enjoy a drink once in a while. I understand that people can have issues with dependence, someone close in my family did and nearly died because of it. I have to most respect for the people that struggle with it everyday and I'm proud of them for being strong. There are other people I care about that I wish could be that strong but I can't help them, but I try to

i am like you i use to drink but i dont anymore, sometimes i will buy beer put it in the frig for a month or two then get rid of it. kind of makes it secure just knowing it is there even if i dont drink it. i was really really bad once and never want to go there again.

Had a sip of my dad's beer when I was 4 and that's about it for me.  I live a very happy, fun life!  I don't wake up with headaches, I remember everything I do and say, never regret stupid actions because I was out of my mind.  I don't shake or get the sweats...the alcoholic never started with the first drink saying, "Can't wait until I can be an alcoholic".  If you never start, you'll never risk it!
