DISCREPANCIES IN MY DAILY CREDITS

I haven't noticed how often but VERY OFTEN my daily credits don't add up!  I have written to Support SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE!  For instance, yesterday my ending total was 16.62.  Today I did the DCE (2), PTC (15) for a total of 16.79; which were approved.  BUT my account balance is showing 16.78.  As I said, this happen often, one or 2 cents is missing. Is there a reason or ruling that I don't know about?  One or 2 cents every few days adds up when you're trying to get to your cash out amount.  SOMEBODY EXPLAIN, PLEEEEASE!

That seems very odd.....and I have never heard of this happening before.

That REALLY seems very odd.....I have always heard back on any support tickets I submitted.

I occasionally notice that my toolbar is out of sync, but it usually catches up by the next day.  I'll have to track my earnings for a while and see if there is a discrepancy.  I, too, have always had my support tickets responded to. Sometimes it takes a while, as I know they are quite busy with all of us. And I don't think the staff is large.  I do want to say (off topic) that I LOVE your login name.  It's very descriptive and fun!

Yea that sounds like a really weird issue...sometimes my toolbar balance isnt right....but it usually fixes itself in an hour or so.....have you checked your actual account?  Thats strange.....good luck with all that....I havnet encountered anything like that.

Are you talking about the toolbar balance or the balance on your account page?

I keep a running balance of my credits on my computer and haven't had a problem with the FC account page figures.  The account page shows the individual credits as they are made, so it's easy for me to confirm that I've gotten credit for each item I work on.

And I always verify that I have gotten credit before I move on to the next item.  Tougher to do if you do offers and surveys, since they don't always credit immediately, but I have a reference to them (when I do them) on my computer so I know to check on them.

I don't use the toolbar, but it sounds like there is a delay in the showing credits in that acct figure.

I agree if you are keeping track of your account balance using your account page then it always shows the correct total immediately after an offer is completed but if you are relying on your tool bar for accuracy it will take awhile to register credits correctly but it does eventually.

 :thumbsup:Just want to thank the Forum members that resonded to my question.  I do keep a log of all my transactions (for all the sites that I belong to); I will continue to monitor - maybe it is a problem with my computer.  But thanks for all the suggestions.  I am not too Forum-saavy but I wanted to send a message to the member who "liked" my login name.  Grandmomdiva is what my grandaughter calls me (she can't believe I'm 69 years old).  She says I look and act like a Diva, ergo the name Grandmomdiva!  Thank you for the compliment ( .
