Tonight seems like a pork chop night.  Marinated pork chops, pan fried, served over brown rice with green beans on the side.  Mmmm, come on dinner time!

I haven't decided yet.  Probably something fast and easy since I have a lot to do tonight, maybe I'll stop for pizza or something like that.

Well, I'm kinda poor this week, so it's either lunch meat sandwiches or scrambled eggs. Considering that we had sandwiches last night, it's probably gonna be the eggs!

We had very good burgers and sweet potato fries, with tomato on the side.

I put a pork roast in the crock pot yesterday. Cooked it 5 hrs. them refrigerated it over night. Cooked it on the stove about 3 hrs. today added bar-b-que sauce. will heat it and serve it over tortilla chips and homemade nacho cheese! My daughter's favorite. Looking forward to supper :)

I think I will make sloppy joes with corn on the cob and squash.  Keep it simple.
