it depends on the persons who will actually do they part so you gain also.

I prefer they way FC does it now.  That would be $10 for ten referrals who confirm their e-mail addresses with FC, another $2 per/referral when they complete their first offer and another $5 per/referral when they cash out.

Getting referrals is an iffy process because I want to keep it to people I trust and know.

I think I will try a banner and print it out and post it on our local community board and see what happens

Maybe put tear strips on bottom edge would give them something to take and use your referral link on the tear strip.

i would love to be able to do referrals but i only know a few people and i tried to get them in on it but they didn't want to even give it a shot and also i don't use twitter don't know how it works or anything about it so if i could find out how everyone gets referrals i would love to know

If what you say is actually true, getting referrals is a minor problem.
