Yes, go to the bonus request form http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php and you will see that you are currently allowed to submit for July and August's forum bonus. Hurry up though because you only have until the end of August to submit for July's bonus.

Oh yeah and you really should post questions like this in the support thread. That way people will be able to see them right away and answer your questions quicker. I came upon this by accident.
