Has nayone tried the Direct Tv offer? Did you get credited?

Hello everyone,
I did the Direct TV offer for Instant Credit of $20.00. I usually get credited INSTANTLY when I do the .25, .50 and 1.00, so why didn't the 20.00 go through instantly like others have? Is it because it's more money that it's takin longer? Has anyone else experienced this? HELP!
