Haha it's far fetch but what about dressing up as the Doublemint Twins or like a cat and dog combo or angel and devil. Or maybe you both have a favorite female popstar - perhaps dress as her in different eras of her career, or better yet a Britney & Christina like duo (or whoever - just an example). Just some ideas
