I did this offer before going to bed last night. The signup was real simple, it took only a minute. I don't know how long it took to credit because I went to bed immediately after, but upon logging on this morning, it was credited the .75 cents to my account.

Just copy/paste " Help for Homeowners " in the search box on the offers section and it should pop-up. Or look for it in the Alphabetical section. I'm not sure what section it was in originally, it has disappeared since I already completed it.

How far did you have to go with the request?  I went to the page were it said to call.  Hope i get credit.  I would love to refinace we will see what happens.
