Selling your crap on facebook

I've been selling on eBay and Craigslist for a while. Just started selling books on amazon. I never thought about using Facebook, but I don't think my town's popular enough to really make it worth it (at least, not on Facebook.) Craigslist seems to work alright for me though, since its such a wide area. Amazon is my favorite thus far, but you can't just sell any old junk on it (the item has to be in their product database. You're best bet is dvds, vhs, books, games, anything with a upc code, etc).

Thanks for the info. But what is a upc code. I have seen people with their cell phones checking out books, is that what they are doing?

There is a page up for my area but haven't thought about trying to sell anything on it.
