How did you get so many referals I need some please help??? Not sure where to start.

First I suggest you find me outside of here use my username in google and find my blog

My suggestion is this
get a blog
and a youtube channel
small free ads
put flyers up at work or around your apartment/church
talk to people show how much you have made and what you bought with your money .what your saving for show them that your real

Yes unfortunatley right now only 4 of my refs cash out every month or every other month

You shouldn't worry about things you have no control over, like when they cashout. What you can control is getting even more referrals, so that possibility is there every month.

hes right I dont focus on wether they cashout or do an offer even though I would love it if the continured and made money for themselves.I just go find more people and give them the same oppurtinty
