Where is the box to allow sponsor to contact you located?

If a friend signs up for FusionCash and forgot to check the box that allows me (the sponsor) to contact them, where is the box after they have set up their account?

on the account page on the left hand side under where it lists your earnings, it will state you were referred by....abc.. there is a blue link to click if you want to give that person your contact information.
