Remember hearing about this 3years ago and thought well thats awhile away but now it's 3 days away. Don't think anything will happen but some will have a sleepless night possibly .Have to finish xmas shopping maybe i should wait till the 22nd umm well

Good day to be aware as you never know how others react.   Interestingly, every generation has had a time they thought the world might end.  I believe in trying to be ready and live a good moral life so that when my day comes I can go knowing where I am going and strived to be a better  person everyday.  I don't think any person knows when . . .  I believe it makes more sense that 12-21-12 is the beginning/end of a cycle . . .  What is good is the conversation can be beneficial if it helps someone to stop and think about what they are doing, how they are living, what they really want, and what is really important . . . several times of STRESS in the last few months I thought if it was the end . . . hmmm this isn't a big deal after all and no reason to stress . . . because anyday could be our day and it puts it all in perspective for me.   Best wishes and Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year!!

We have planned a huge family party so that if it is the end we are together and if not we had a good time anyway. We are thinking of making it our new family tradition- end of world parties

I am afraid that there are people who are really going to panic about this and cause a problem.  I guess hundreds of people a day are calling NASA asking about it.

It will be interesting to see how everyone prepares for the supposed end, and then all the explanations afterwards when it doesn't. I think it will be beyond chaotic in the bigger cities, and I'm glad I won't have to deal with that mess.

I would have to agree with this post. No man knows the day nor the hour that this event will take place, but IT WILL take place. If we were to live each day on this earth as it were our last we shouldn't be worried. In response to the recent events it always pays to be ready for we don't know when our time may come. BE ye also ready for in such an hour as ye think not the son of man cometh. Merry Christmas, Feliz NAvidad, Happy Hanukkah  and Happy New Year.
