What is your favorite type of music?

I can listen to classic rock and oldies but goodies, but country music is really my favorite. It's great to dance to and most of the time the words have some sort of meaning or message.

When I was younger I was really into R&B music. I also listened to some rap at times, but it was mainly R&B, however I did have some diverse tastes for a few techno, classical and rock songs.

Now I just listen to Gospel unless it's the Star Spangled Banner or a song that doesn't have such a provocative tone like Home from the Wiz.

I love classical, piano, quieter Christian music....

I love instrumental, classical, piano, and "quieter Christian" music. I think I like it that way because there is enough loud talk, yelling, screaming, and chaos in my life that I do not need to add music that does that kind of thing, too. Plus, I like to feel calm and at peace.

Electronic music as in house and trance.

Prefer the older house as in funky club house, and some of the older trance.  Do like a little progressive house and progressive trance too.

Hmmm..... my favorite type would have to be what really moves me (not literally, because I don't dance). Just whatever I can connect with really. I mostly listen to rock & metal, but I like other stuff too.
