It's probably through referrals.  I haven't had luck with referrals so I don't cash out very often.

I don't know about referrals, it can work of course but the trick is to send out links daily. Or if you have a website, blog or store then you can post the link there for referrals.

For me, I spent only about 9 hours the first month which netted a little over 20$, after two months I doubled that amount and cashed out.

Now I am back online (lost the computer for about three weeks) and back at it. So averaging about 12-15 hours a month.

My routine for easy money is as follows:

Click the daily email,
Click the 15 cent daily task (view webpages) Theses two alone will net 75$  a year but remember the credit timeframes!
Then surveys from Fushion Cash (you are automatically redirected after the 15 cent task or you can find them in the "Daily Offers"
Then check the videos (easy to run and 1cent each which if you do 5 its the same as the first two tasks add another 75 $ a year. )
My personal favorite is the Paid to Call, (credit varies but 1-3$) These are simple listen and ask questions. I always qualify the beginning of the conversation with "I am looking for more information about your (insert product here). This helps me because then I feel I am being honest about the call.
(These are awesome for quick money because 3 minutes is about 3 sentences)

Then its purusing the site for interesting offers. Daily I can make 2-5$ which given the circumstances (no videos or any more paid to calls for the month) then I can make 25-30$ a month.

Human intelligence tasks are fun too, payout is small but remember this:

An old Mathematics problem:
 " If I paid you a penny a day, and every day doubled your pay; How long would it take for you to earn a million dollars?"

The answer is about a month....

I shoot for $100 per cashout on my own efforts, shoot for it knowing I will not reach it. But that can make my check larger. After I got one check I started looking for referrals that would do at least one $0.50 offer. I tell them I will help them only if they do at least one $0.50 offer. My referrals are complete strangers, a few are prospects and some are suspects. Some have turned online friends and I have called some.

My current goal is to cashout every month and then increase the size of each cashout to $500.00 per cashout. My computer broke three weeks ago. It was started yesterday and the computer consultant may complete fixing it by Monday but for sure by 02/09/13. When I came on yesterday I see I had a cashout  , thank you FusionCash. And several payments from work some referrals did. Thank you FusionCash and referrals.

I have been averaging right at $30.00 per month.  I try to log in every day and I try to do all of the surveys that I'm offered.  I also do my 30 forum posts every month.  That generally gets me to the $30.00 mark.  Some months are better than others.

I have been on 3 months and made a little over $100.  I do the daily paid to click, e-mails, videos sometimes, complete the FC survesy and do some free offers or trial offers.  I am still working getting some referrals.

I'm trying to do as many offers that I can and truly focusing on those that interest me.  I stay consist with the daily click , work a few task, do web searches, so far I'm  making money and I'm happy.

Whenever you cash out, you can go here: http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?topic=6.0 and post a screen shot (if getting paid by PayPal or direct deposit) or a picture of your check and get a $1.00 bonus. I don't know how possible that is for me to make 30 dollars or moe a month on Fusion Cash.  I realize that it takes a lot of time to earn would I am earn daily including some of the task clicking on  and eatching videos.  Some days are a little more time consuming that others.
