i have a family member that is trying to sign up for the FusionCash,but it says that she signed up in December 2011 but she never signed up.what can i tell her to do.please help?

She might have already and just forgotten about it. Tell her to try using all of her username/passwords to sign in. If that does not work, you could message an admin about it and see if they can look up her name or something.

Is it possible that someone else in their household signed up before?  I think it tracks your IP address.

i think we can not do it with the same ip  it is one account per household

You should be able to request the password if she can't remember it

Yes you can use a desktop or laptop. The only thing you can't use is a cell phone to complete surveys
