if you have an expungement why are you still in jail. when the judge said you could be released.

Jails are slow to move on things.  If it's a County jail, you might want to call them and ask them about it.  Sometimes you have to be pushy and keep calling and asking about the RELEASE DATE.  You can explain to them that the records have been expunged, give them the date this all took place in court and what Judge expunged the records.
