PTC Didn't Function Correctly Today

Today as I was trying to go thru the PTC process, I was just beginning step #3... I'm not sure what happened, but after I closed the sponser's tab from step #2, I was on my account page. I went back into the PTC section and where it lists what you need to do next, it says that I have already been credited for today. I went back to the account page, but it still only shows the credit for yesterday as the last PTC credit. Not sure what's going on....

You got further than a couple of us got. Told me right off the bat that today's email was expired!

I noticed both my daily email and PTC thinks I've already completed the offer.  I'm guessing there's something wrong with the server time thinking the offers are expired/complete already for today.

This happens occasionally and FC is usually pretty quick to get it fixed.  I suggest try them again later today, and if they still don't work, then write off today's dailies and try again tomorrow.  It'll be sorted out in a day or so and back to normal.

I believe you are correct about the "server time" being wrong because I've noticed this morning (at approx 9:00 am MST) as I was reading some other posts, the time on those posts was in the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning, and I'm not sure that the posters were making their posts at those odd times. Am going to see what time it shows on this post and see if it's off.

PTC working for me today (20th), but the daily cash email is not working. Hopefully it will be by the end of the day!

Yeah, that must've been the issue since I wrote my post in the morning of the 20th, not late yesterday night. It looks like the forum posts are correctly timed now, and I was able to complete today's PTC now.

Everything seems to be working now, but I wonder if the server time has been corrected or if it "thinks" it's now today, the 20th? Guess we'll see if it's still working properly tomorrow.

I did both my DC and my PTC this morning at about 8:30 EST and had no issues with it, I got paid and without any fuss.  It might have been the sereve, hopefully is fix and everytbody can go back and get their credits for today.

Wow I wasn't able to log in at all up until a few minutes ago.

Yeah, it was definitely messed up this morning, but it is working fine now.
