Do you mean to get credit for them? Usually it only takes a few minutes but occasionally it takes up to 24 hours. I had one like that earlier this week. It said congratulations you completed the survey and your account will be credited but it took almost 24 hours for the credit to show up.

You should get credited for surveys shortly after you completed them.

If you haven't rec'd credit I would def reccommend putting in a ticket
