Requested payout doesn't exist anymore?

I requested payout with a balance of $25.45 last April and it was Pending for awhile (as it should until May 20th). Then today, I logged on a did the PTC and my balance went up to $17.40 I think. I got on just now, and my balance was $42.85...with no payouts requested! What the heck is up with this?

One of your offer completions from your cashout was revoked by the advertiser.  That knocked the balance of your cashout below the $25 minimum.  It was automatically cancelled, the money returned to your balance, and you should have received a notification email.
