fusioncash realizes that some people may want to wait before cashing out but there's nothing they can do if they think you're account is inactive. 180 days is enough time to cash out. Next time, don't wait so long. You should have reached at least $25 in 180 days

Not to sound cruel or cold hearted or anything but it seems as though every few months we have at least one person asking why their credits are expiring or saying something to the extent of "I know it's in the terms of service for 180 days but c'mon it's my money I earned!"  As with anything else if it's Fusion Cash's website and these are the advertisers and survey companies they are getting to pay us they are able to put anything they want in the terms of service and if you don't like it you don't have to sign up.

The best thing to do is be consistent enough to get over the hump with your account earnings and say if you "know" you won't have Internet access or something for a period of time, best thing to do is get to the point where you can cash out then cash out and not do anything else until you are able to come back and start again.

Perhaps, you attempt to cash out beyond your allotted 180 days.  If so, then all of your credits expired.

Correction, it goes by each offer on the date you did them from that 180 day mark.  Say let's say you did one offer 180 days ago, that offer will expire.  Then the next one when that date is 180 days, etc.  They don't just say "okay this one offer is 180 days so they all expire."  It goes by each offer from what I've been told.  180 days from the date an offer was completed.

I too learned the hard way, I forgot about my fusion cash shortly after i joined, but still had a nice chunk of change and totally lost every dime, trust me I never let it happen again after that eye opener..

If you wait at the very minute by waiting past 180 day. You will lose all of your earnings. That's why I contacted support and asked them when my earnings expire and give the date after they calculated. When you first join, your first offer is the $5.00 sign up bonus or offers you completed at the very bottom are the most important you need to keep track of. If one of your offers have expired, you will lose all of your earnings then you have to start all over again. I waited 179 days and then cashed out before it hits the 180th day mark so I don't lose any of my earnings. The reason why Fusion Cash put a 180 day time limit since they feel it's enough time for people to wait to cashout or they risk getting their earnings forfeited.

All of your credit expire after 180 days. It states this multiple times, even on your account page, and in the weekly statements that they email you. I am sorry you lost all of your credits, fusion cash is a great way to make extra money, but you have to play the game correctly, or else your just wasting your time. Good luck and I hope this does not discourage you from using fushion cash, hopefully it will encourage you to participate more and cash out often before they expire

:dontknow: The way I understood this was; Yes, your credits will expire on/or after 180 days... BUT... say you have others from 175 days, they would not be taken away ???
Please correct me if I'm wrong in this understanding.  Thanks

Wow now that's awful.... In as much as I do not think it's the right thing for credits to expire, I understand that the rules are the rules and this one surely has it's purpose but 180 days (6 months) is such a long time for you not to have cashed out. I always watch this rule closely because I do not want to have earned and then end up discovering that I have wasted all my time. It simply isn't the best. Please be more careful next time and remember the last time you cashed out so that you can always cash out again before your credits expire....

That is what had happened to me my $5 bonus expires and other survey credits because I lapsed 180 days before I cash out after that I see to it that every 2-3 months I cash out to avoid being forfeited.

This is a mean thing to say to a fellow FC member. Have some respect for others. If you do not like this thread then just move on from it simple as that.
